Mainland UK Delivery


We shall despatch the goods to the delivery address that you supply. Certain regions of Scotland, Southern & Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Guernsey and Jersey, and Islands attract higher delivery charges, we will advise. All items will be dispatched by courier and may require a signature on delivery. Postage and packaging for the 5 metre Window Cleaning Systems WR2 (5metre)and Titan R1 Conservatory/Solar Panel Cleaner (5metre) costs £12.95, postage and packaging on 8 metre Window Cleaning Systems WR2 (8metre) & 8 metre Titan R1 Conservatory/Solar Panel Cleaner is £17.95 per item, all other items as per website for Standard Delivery which takes 3 to 5 working days. Scottish Highlands and Islands plus Northern Ireland Delivery

We shall despatch the goods to the delivery address that you supply. All items will be dispatched by courier and may require a signature on delivery. All products delivered to Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland will incur an extra delivery cost which we will advise you of.

Availability

We cannot ensure permanent availability, if your item is not in stock, we will telephone or email you and give you an anticipated delivery date. You will then have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products are covered by a 28 day no quibble guarantee.
If you wish to return any item, we only ask that you return it unused and in its original packaging. When sending returns, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we strongly recommend that you register it.You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can always return items if they are defective. Please note we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be in writing and sent before 3.30pm on the date of order.
